Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! From being greeted with a warm apple cider when we arrived (mine was spiked!) to a lovely, spacious room decorated beautifully, we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! A bottle of wine and cognac tasting and delicious breakfast all included! Enhanced by a wonderful staff. Loved every minute of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to others, but we wish the staff was more accommodating of our situation so we didn’t pay for an extra night we could not use. The good - clean, friendly staff, breakfast and a welcome drink included, each room and the backyard has the charm you see on the website. They even gave us Prosecco for our dating anniversary. BUYER BEWARE: please read the fine print, they will stick hard to their refund policies. We accidentally booked Saturday-Sunday nights when we needed Friday-Saturday (that’s on us). We arrived Friday, and were told they were booked up and could not switch the Sunday night reservation to their sister B&B by the lake because “they use separate booking systems” which is probably true but seemed odd they couldn’t make the switch for us. So we had to book a night down the street at another B&B. Since we couldn’t use the Sunday night we booked, I asked if they could apply a credit we could use this winter or spring when it’s still the down season. They apologized and could not do it. Our only hope was that someone books our room Sunday night (they said they would try offering that room first, “it should go fast with a fireplace” - which was definitely nice), and we’d hear back if someone did. So, ultimately, they want to help as much as they can but will adhere strictly to their policies. Ah, and they don’t allow outside alcohol in the rooms, so the beer froze and exploded in our friend’s car (as a gift for borrowing it that weekend). They said it wasn’t supposed to go down to freezing, but the weather app verified it did. So hopefully you know that now if you stay. I’m not sure we’ll be staying with them again, but do recommend if you don’t expect anything to come up.

I have never stayed at a b&b, many hotels all over but this was a first. I am not sure what I expected but I was definitely blown away! I stayed in the Cleopatra suite and it felt like the highest form of luxury! In most hotels, even the highest stars, there is usually an area that is not completely clean but this place was spotless everywhere! I felt as if I was the first guest in a newly decorated room! The staff were all so wonderful, friendly and full of wonderful conversation and laughter. The food was amazing, the extra touches of the bottle of wine, the cognac tasting were so sophisticated and exceptional. It was a get together with my sister and I, so I sent a video to my husband saying that we need to come back together to stay, it was just that good! So to everyone I say well done and I will definitely come and stay there again! Thank you for an amazingly relaxing atmosphere!

We loved our stay at the Cornell inn! The staff was so friendly and made our stay extra special. The breakfast was delicious too. Especially the bacon! Our room was spacious and neat. We loved the cabin feel. Nice property and close to walking trails! The hotel had character. Perfect weekend trip from NYC. I will definitely be back!

An amazing place to stay at while vacationing in the Berkshires. Hot apple cider, amazing breakfast, very friendly staff, comfortable room, and excellent location. I'm also very sensitive to allergens, which is terrible, but our room was emasculate! All of the horizontals were dusted, and corners cleaned, so no sneezing attacks for me. We will be returning and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!
